Q: What is the difference between Basic and VIP Membership?
  • Basic Membership (Free): Includes full access to our medical travel planning services, custom quotes, and our wellness newsletter.
  • VIP Membership (Paid): Includes everything in Basic, plus priority booking for international treatments and Exclusive Member Rates at our local facilities (Massage Parlours, MedSpas, Gyms, Therapy Centers, etc.).
Q: How do I use my membership at local facilities?
Upon joining, you will receive a Digital Member ID via email. Simply save this image to your phone and present it at the front desk of any participating location to access your Exclusive Member Rates.
Q: Does my Digital ID expire?
Yes, your Digital ID will expire unless your subscription is renewed. It is issued with a set validity period. As long as your subscription remains active and is renewed, you will automatically receive an updated card via email before your current one expires.
Q: Can I share my membership with a family member?
Membership IDs are non-transferable and linked to your specific name. However, family members can easily sign up for their own Basic or VIP account to enjoy the same benefits.

Q: What does it cost to join the network?
There is zero cost to join. We do not charge listing fees. In exchange for free marketing and traffic from our member base, we simply ask that you offer Exclusive Member Rates to Medic Paradise members.
Q: How do I verify a member?
It’s simple. Members will present a Medic Paradise Digital ID on their phone. You just need to verify that the name on the Digital ID matches their photo ID (like a driver’s license).
Q: How do I apply to become a service provider?
Visit our Become A Service Provider page and submit your details. Our team reviews applications within 48–72 hours to verify alignment with our high-quality standards.

Q: How do I pay for my medical treatment?
For medical travel packages, we offer secure payment options including Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit Card. Detailed payment schedules will be provided in your custom quote.
Q: Is my personal information secure?
