Passenger Readiness: Passengers must be at the confirmed pickup location and ready to board within 10 minutes. The 10-minute period begins at the scheduled pickup time or upon the driver's actual arrival, whichever is later. If the passenger is absent when the 10-minute period expires, the trip is classified as a no-show and the applicable fee will be charged.
Cancellation Charges: Deadlines are measured from the scheduled appointment time.
- More than 6 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
- Between 2 and 6 hours notice: Applicable no-show fee applies.
(Wheelchair & Ambulatory: $51.80 Basic / $46.65 VIP | Gurney: $154.79 Basic / $139.34 VIP) - 2 hours or less notice: 50% of the total quoted trip cost.
How to Cancel: To cancel or modify a trip, please call (818) 602-2042 or email dispatch@kcamedtrans.com with the passenger's name, appointment date and time, and the specific trip(s) to cancel.
